to the point - ahile bachaa ko kehi garna mildaina, once bachaa is out, you will add the kido name in the application and hopefully both mom and bachaa will get their GC togther (depending upon where the application is if filed for GC through GC spouse). Once you and your spouse file your citizenship and then bachha will get one as well easily. the only thing now bachaa cannot be is the president of USA. bachaa will have all other rights once citizenship.
