Never getting a ticket with agencies again.
I always get it thru airline directly but last year since the price was same with the Emirate and the Zen, I choose Zen just to support Nepali agency(only when the price is same). I got two ticket and on the return, due to my work, I have to return early and end up changing my return dates.
Changing the date was more expensive then getting a new one so I have to take two new return ticket (lesson learned).
Was it with the airline directly, I would have save at least one ticket fares.
anyway, getting service from ticket dalal is always a bad idea.
may the business always be with them.
