Yes I will be working FT so no contract work or danger of project ending and getting kicked off the job etc. However, the reason why I want to live with a roommate right now is because I will be new to the area and having a roommate might help me get familiar with the area that I will be living in. That is the main reason. I can certainly lease a room by myself but you know Miami might be a little expensive too. So couple of reasons Im looking for a roommate.
