By reading above post in my view it is really describing the present situation of the employment of Nepali people.

Advance parole holla..not advance payroll sathi. If your TPS is pending, its better to consult Lawyer (Nepali Lawyer) before you make a decision to leave US and travel to Nepal. Do not take risk. Normally, TPS gets approved before 90 days. If your case is pending for more than 90 days, create a service order at USCIS or go to nearest USCIS office.

@neerman - Nobody's getting tps approval but EAD since last 5 months. Everyone is waiting with curiosity. Don't know what is going on in USCIS.
