Please legal experts or experienced persons help !

I need to answer question 2 in i-485 form while being the following conditions:

(i) my baby was born in US and was on CHIP program. I need to apply for him. He is no more on CHIP and we have now employer based insurance. Being US citizen he need not to apply for green card.

(ii) my wife has emergency medicaid that covers her cost at the time of birth of the baby (hospital related costs)

(iii) my wife and baby received WIC benefits while I was student (low income) and we are no more on the program.

Please suggest me how to properly answer this question - is this "NO" or "YES" with explanation letter. Anybody has similar experience ?

It's no for the first two for sure because chip/Medicare was for the unborn us citizen; not for you or your wife. WIC although govt assistance was provided for your new born US citizen son ( automatically ). So you are better off writing no for both questions.

I had a little different situation. My wife got Medicaid for both prenatal checkups/tests/treatments and emergency. But that was terminated once the baby was born and the medicaid was transferred to the baby. I am wondering what would be the answer for the above questions in my case?

Thanks

Sparty
