XBox Fifa 2012 Tournament

Saturday, May 26th, 12:00pm to 6:00pm

There is no reason one can’t have fun and also help make some difference. The Gorkhaly Foundation will be hosting a XBOX FIFA 2012 tournament at the Nepalese Summerfest on Saturday May 26th, 2012. Tournament will take place at the Sheraton Premiere in Tysons Corner, VA. All funds raised will be donated to non-profit of the winner choice.

You can pick your football club on the EA Sports FIFA 2012 lineup and compete against others to be named the first winner of the Nepalese SummerFest 2012 FIFA.

Registration for the event starts now! Hurry limited seats open. Participants will get home field advantage based on registration number. Early registration participants will get a lower seating number which will determine home or away seating during tournament compared to opponent.

Registration fee is $10. Registration deadline is May 25th, Friday by 7:30pm EST. This must be paid by 11am on May 26th, Saturday.

1st place

Winner’s choice of charity receives all the money raised from the tournament. $75 XModdz gift certificate, Limited Edition Xbox hard drive enclosure, (1) Game Dr. Excelerator PSP Portalock, (1) Game Dr. Excelerator Motorized PSP Optical Lens Cleaner

2nd Place

$50 XModdz gift certificate, (1) Game Dr. Excelerator PSP Portalock, (1) Game Dr. Excelerator Motorized PSP Optical Lens Cleaner

3rd Place

$10 XModdz gift certificate, (1) Game Dr. Excelerator PSP Portalock, (1) Game Dr. Excelerator Motorized PSP Optical Lens Cleaner.

Winner will get to choose any 501c registered non-profit to donate the money. First and second place winners will be given prizes provided by XModdz.

6 minute Group Stage Matches
8 minute Knockout Stage Matches
10 minute Final.
The format and seating of the Group Stages will be based on the number registered participants.

Game Rules

All participants MUST be present at the designated tournament room 15min prior to his/her match.
There will be a designated referee during each game. Each participant will be given 1 min to select players and formation. Other settings are not allowed. Substitution can only take place when then ball is out of play and in the possession and with permission of the designated referee. There will be 36 seconds given to make the change, in which both players are allowed to make changes. During the game no distractions are allowed to playing party. Any violation can result in termination from the tournament. Referee reserves the right to ban any players and decisions needed at the spot.
