have to go to New York sometimes next week for few days. 
 
truly appreicate if anybody could recommend cheap and best place to stay there. thanks in advance.

Stay in Jersey City or the area near Path train line. But if you want to enjoy manhattan, then I would stay in Manhattan-check the deals.
