It sounds like Prachanda had written all the answers for him. PM sounded just like Prachanda.

Why can't these Nepaese leaders just talk in Nepali and get the correct message accross. Their weak English does not even address the questions being asked by the Journalist. Its like it is a must to let the world know that you know English to be accepted as a leader. Just because you know how to read and write English, it does not make you good enough to debate or interview in critical manner.
