HI guys,
i read most of the thread everyday. i thought that i could post mine to....... i know this girls who was legally separated from her husband for 4 years already and also they are in the process of divorcing now...  we know each other for more than 2 years so decided to get married.... do u think that we can get married asap after they got divorce or do we have to wait for 60 days..... i am asking this question because they were already legally separated .... 
hope to get some important informations related

Is it the same state your girl is getting divorced with her separated husband and getting married to you? 
If yes, most states allow. which state you registering your marriage to ?
