Hi all,

I am working for desi consultancy but am planning to change the job. i got permanent offer from the client where i used to work once. I have also already field 485 and my 140 is also already approved( more than 6 months). My new job has different title than one that was define in my labor certification. I talked to different lawyer and different lawyers told me different things. some says i can do this and some says it too risky for my 485 process.do you guys think i can do this move. BTW i am using h1b transfer. did any one go thru same situation and got their 485 approved
