You can contact the service provider nearest to You.....to get the Fast Internet service,in Florida...But i am now in India I am using just 2 Mbps...Connection.It's speedy ....Uploading speed is 213Kbps and Downloading speed is 2135Kbps.I checked the speed at here
Ip-details.com AT&T Is fastest One in that Area...You can conform by contacting them or your friend...
