How can we adjust status if you are currently in TPS but out of status? Can we join a college to come to F1 status? Is there any way we can apply for H1 and don't have to go to NEPAL for visa application?

I don't think you being "out of status" matters if you have tps, at least if you were "in status" before receiving tps.

@Rohit55: First of all, your name is Indian which is highly disgusting. Not sure what you are doing here in a Nepali forum. Go to sulekha.com, you curry smelling bitch. If you don't know the answer, STFU, you twat!

post your question on avvo.com. You can talk to real life lawyers for 39 dollars or something for about 15 minutes which will get most of your questions answered. Hope that helps

@Amrit_Shrestha: If you were out of status for more than 6 months before applying for TPS, you become ineligible for adjustment of status. People who have been out of status for up to 6 months before they applied for TPS will be subject to a 3 year bar for adjustment of status for GC (i.e. need to leave the U.S. for 3 years) and those who have been out of status for more than a year are subject to a 10 year bar. Basically, your adjustment of status will be denied if you have been OOS over 6 months before you applied for TPS. You may be able to appeal but please seek legal advice as I'm not a lawyer and am only sharing what I've come across online.
