I am visiting KTM for month and have to be working remotely during this time. My family internet is wi-fi over ADSL which appears to be extremely slow, 0.2MBps (yes, <1MBps). What are some alternative ways to get a cost effective high speed connection (15-20Mbps) for a few weeks?

Thanks.
