I was born in Nepal (not in hospital) when my parents were there in Nepal from 1969 to 1982
After that i have been staying in India with my parents, my school mark sheets have India as place of birth and also my passport
How can I get birth certificate from Nepal now? Is it possible? Whats the process and whats the proof I can produce to prove I was born in Nepal

Talk to the village secretary (the location where you borned), he/she may have better idea, If you born in Nepal and provide solid proof obviously you should get birth certificate.

Thanks
So, now I am an Indian citizen wont have any problems with this?
Also, do I need to travel with my parents to Nepal in order to get the birth certificate?
Are there any agencies in Nepal which can help with this since its 30 years now
