Gas station is big hustle mate. Every single item has margin. Imagine you having 100 different costumer to buy your products each day. Depends on the place where it is. Research on location and involve yourself at least week in station that you are going to buy and estimate the earnings/income and make a decision.

I just know how much is the percentage profit in gas only. But dont know how much it take overall after sale of other merchandise and deducting rent and all other expenses.
