I think IT is a goood option. You can train within two months and will placed in a job. You will learn about the technology in the job a lot. Since, you are in tps, you definitely need to worry about your status. If it extends beyond December then it is good for a while. If not, then again you might resort back to out of status. My suggestion will be join a consultancy and start working. If you start now, you can make it job by march. Work till december, till then find a masters program that allows cpt. Work and finish school. After school, get your opt and then find a company that will file for h1b or green card. That way you keep making money, you learn about your field as well as take care of your status.

I have a consulting company that speclizes in network engineering. We do offer a base salary of 65k. Two months training and you will be placed in the job. We offer job support too. Also, we do offer sponsorship for h1b and green card. All you need to do in your part in work hard. Send me a PM if you are interested and we can talk further.

Thanks
I m not worried abt life after TPS in case it doesnt get extended. I m optimistic that it will get extended 3-4 times, so i will basically get 4-5 yrs to find a citizen girl and adjust my status. Its the risk i m willing to take. So i dont need H1>GC sponsorship.
My concern is I dont have masters from US but only bachelors from Nepal (skillwise, i think i can manage. I have seen kasta kasta frens haru kaha kaha post ma pugeko.) And abt all the fake resumes i have to present. Also my EAD will only be 18 months at max, technically, will that affect my chances in landing a job ? If they run background/credit check they might find about the fake resumes too.
So anyone with a knowledge, pls help. I genuinely need it.
Thanks

You dont have to worry about landing a job. That will be our part. What you need to worry is learning the stuff we teach in class and that should be it. If fact you don't even need to worry about the job interview. We will find a job for you, work with your interview and place you in a job. All you need to do is go to the work place and see if you can do it. If you cannot, we have a help line where you can call and we will walk through it. Every thing is all set. But once EAD expires in december 2016 and it doesnt extend, then thats it . Othere then that, I think theres not much for you to worry. About the degree in Nepal, that will definitely work. In fact, you dont need a degree for a Network engineer. It helps if you have one. You can easily find full time jobs. With 2 years real experience, you should be good for 80k job.
