Question: Can my parents with B2 visa apply for TPS? will they have problem entering USA in the future with the same B2 visa? as the visa is valid till 2020?

Your parents already have 5 years multiple visa which means they can come in and go easily without any hassle. But when you are in TPS you have to apply AP and the cost and the answering questions to to the CBP at POE. If they want to work then apply or other wise I don't see any reason to apply for TPS.
