 Good CPT university?

I am working in IT field on CPT. My CPT work authorization is valid till mid of september 2013 only.
I had planned to file h1b this year but 'abhagile khane bela adhiberi' bhaneko jhaii, cap is closed on 5th of APRIL 2013..
To preserve my status and to continue working on CPT I need to find university who is going to provide me CPT right away.
I have come to know of few of CPt universities. However, I want good and pretty cheap one. Just being proactive taa ki try valley ko jasto university naparos bhanera.
So anyone who knows about good and cheap CPT university and procedure to get enrolled in it, Could you please suggest it.

I am not sure but heard that ITU , SanJose , CA provides easy CPT and school is cheap as well compared to others.

I am in the same boat..I am thinking of ITU as suggested by ifone , if you find anything  please share, I will do as well.
