- stole a couples atm card number and charged $5000 in a very short time. but forgot to change the delivery address and all the stuff he purchased went to the couple he had stolen the card from.

- tied his dogs' leash to a tree outside a convenience store, robbed it and left. When the cops showed up, they untied the dog and followed him home.

- stole a family's brightly wrapped presents, which they had left in an unlocked car. But left them a gift of sorts - his cell phone. When the family went to the police station to report the theft, the alleged thief was there, too, reporting his lost phone. Police arrested him right on the spot
