 Hello Everyone,
Currently, I am on student visa. My visa is expiring on April 23, 2013. I am planning to go Nepal on December 13th, 2012 and come back on January 13, 2013. So, my question is: will there me any problem in port of entry since I have only got 3 months left on my visa?

Thank you.

You're good; there shouldn't be any issues. However, make sure you get a new I-20 or have your current I-20 signed by your IS advisor before you leave. They'll probably give you a new one if the most recent signature on your current I-20 is older than a year. Takes about a week, don't leave it until the last minute.
Have fun in Nepal.
