. - http://www.startribune.com/456/story/352612.html After lengthy delays, the Namaste Cafe is finally open for business at 2512 Hennepin Av. S., Minneapolis (next door to Duplex). Brothers Sunny and Swadesh Shrestha moved their handicrafts store, Little Kathmandu, upstairs to the second floor, and have handsomely remodeled the downstairs with art from their native Nepal. About half of the entrees and appetizers are vegetarian. Starters include mamacha, dumplings stuffed with minced pork, onions, garlic, ginger and tomatoes; and aloo chat, potato patties with a topping of yogurt, onions, cilantro, tomato and tamarind juice. - http://www.namastecafe.net
