Reason for joining: "To add a roommate"

 
I am looking for a female room mate to share my 2 bedrooms apt.

The house is located in a dead end street, quite neighborhood, near by public transportation, just 5 mins walk. Apt has 5 rooms include laundry and storage in the basement. It has backyard and nice porch. Parking is on the side of the house.
