Hey Guys,
I am in need of some advices. I am just got my OPT after bachelor's degreeand looking for a job. I got my degrees in Health care management. Unfortunately, I dont have luck for a job so far. However, I am offered a manager position in a restaurant.
My question is "If I take the manager job, will I be able to extended my OPT and Is it possible for them to process for my application for HIB and also for green card?" As they are willing to do so. Where do you think that I can answer for my questions? Any websites or links..????
concerned advice will be highly appreciate
Have a bless day
Jai Nepal

Alright, You are only allowed to do related work of your degree while you are in OPT. Even though USCIS won't bother checking it but I doubt you will get OPT extension from restaurant manager position.
I am not trying to disappoint you but you that is the truth. In which category you are thinking to process Green card from a restaurant?
