Need suggestions regarding applying for student visa to Canada from US directly.

Ma US ayako 6 barsa jati bhayeo. Ma US aunda keri Tourist visa ma ayako thiyea, tara ma pachi yehi basa. Ma ahile out of status ma chu. Aba Mero Main Questions chai mero yo ho??? ? Maile yedi yehi US bata nai  Canadian University ma student visa ko lagi apply garnu pareo bhana pauncha ki paundaina?? Mero main problem chai Mero Status nabhayako le, malai Canada apply garna ma problem huncha ki hundaina.??..Maile Nepal bata nai  Graduate garako chu, so student bhayera apply garna qualify ta chu, tara tehi status ko karan le CONFUSE bhayako chu.
I need serious suggestion from anybody that can help!!!
