i'll buy more if it hits 5. BAC is too big to fail. moodys downgrade based on the assumption that BAC won't be saved by uncle sam if BAC need to be rescused. but the fact of the matter is BAC is too important to not to be rescued (much more important than lehnman brothers). so we might see the number spiraling downward to the point where it is a buy.
