Is that jagjit Singh a singer who was caught firing inside central Jail Nepal?
I don't think so, but this is what times of India writes. See second paragraph and I tried to follow the link who this Jagjit singh is. LMAO

Yeah he was singing "tum itna jo muskura rahey ho, kya Gun hey jisko chupa rahey ho" when he shot the guy. That's how he got caught!
