Jesus Christ...
If you want to file GC through Employment, of course you've to get your Employer involved to File..You'll need all the documents from your Employer for Labor Certification...
GC after Undergrad is a lengthy Process and only few companies will file. It will take around 5 Years.
Go back to School, Get your Masters Degree. This way you'll have Master's Degree, High Salary as well as GC within a Year (If your company is willing to File GC under EB2 Category).
Hope that Helps my Man.

purana kagaz:
bro, can one really file and receive a GC under the EB2 category in just a year??? Do you have to work a certain number of years before being eligible to file under the EB2 category??? Also, after receiving GC, can one file GC for parents immediately or does one have to be a citizen to do so??? How long does the process take???

thanks, it is going to be a while to get my masters as i plan to do it parttime while working. Getting masters is not necessarily good I think. In the current job market nobody would wanna hire a masters degree and pay them more for a job an undergrad can do, specially in the field of IT.
Can i file my GC while on undergrad and in the process if i get masters, will that speed up my process? thank you for info.

Not sure about that. I am not an Immigration Specialist. Please consult with Immigration Lawyer in that Matter.
Good Luck.
