Why do we pay anything to the government when they are not providing us anything? 
Whatever funds we get, it goes to these dumbass politicians pocket.
So does this make sense to say
No Water, No Electricity, No security  = No Tax to government?

NepaliHeart, you  are right. Even if you pay tax to govt. they will eat it. I am more worried about the fund/Aids  that UN/ Asian Bank/World Bank provides for development of the country  are in fact Loan that Nepal has to pay back. I don't know who is going to pay back those loan that these politicians putting into their pocket rather than investing for the development of the Nation.

Long live nepal and nepali, Death to all nepali Politicians..
