Your question iz lil confusing.  Are you trying to uninstall installed software from your computer or are you trying to delete programs that gets loaded in startup (programs that get loaded right after desktop is displayed)

If you are trying to uninstall, installed programs just use your control panel > Add Remove Programs
If you are trying to stop loading programs from startup, then go to RUN (press Windows Key + R) and type 'msconfig.exe' and click
on startup tab. There uncheck the program which you don't want to load on startup.

The best and easiest is download 'Ccleaner' (one of the best utility tool). Download
Go to 'Tools' > 'Uninstall' to uninstall installed programs.
Go to 'Tools' > 'Startup'. Here u can disable or delete the programs.

Hope that helps.

Thank you Srijana. I think, we need to remove software manually like in "Add and remove programs in control Panel" by this software. Actually I am looking for the software that helps to remove installed or save documents after computer restart automatically like in the computer lab in most of the  US colleges.

ya deep freeze works.... when ever you want to make changes in the system, you can unlock deep freeze and save files and if you lock the deep freeze it will always keep your previous installed software only in the system.
