Has any one filed H1-B recently? I just got a job and they are going to file my H1-B. What documents do I need? they have asked me for expericence letters from previous employer . How important is it to have experience letter from previous employer. Any valuable suggestions please? I appreciate it.

My confusion was I couldnt find anywhere that says they need experience letter for filing H1-B. So, My question was how important is the experience letter and how can I ask to my former and current employer about my experience letter without letting my current manager know that I am quitting the job. Thanks for your help.

My employer never included an "experience letter" (since I didn't have any experience. I was right out of grad school) and I still got my H1-B without a problem. I am sure that is not needed. 

Thanks Jai_Nepal! for your quick response. Did you file yours this year? Yes my employer is going to file H1B this coming monday for sure. And there is still 11,000 left for regular quota so I think I might be ok if I file this time too. dont you think so. Anyway  I appreciate your help and Thanks again.
