Ask someone else to do it. Maybe relatives or someone who you know.

If you don't have W2 or you're not paying taxes or your income is not enough to qualify 125% of poverty guidelines for 2010 you have to have a joint sponsor for your I-864.  Your relative or friends or anyone who is willing to help you can file a joint sponsor on your spouse's behalf. Why don't you ask your employer to help you? You never know he/she might be kind hearted ! Good Luck !
