Suggestion No. 2- No one will be able to help you unless you give more information. We need to know your educational background (SLC, 10+2 score), TOEFL score and SAT (I and/ II)score. What's your long term goal? Do you want to come to the US on a full tuition scholarship and study hard or do you want to get enough scholarship so that it is easier for you to get a visa, come here and then work and earn money. If you want to come here on a scholarship, you will have to take at least SAT I and get a high score. If you are dreaming of Ivy League schools you will have to take SAT II. If you want to come for engineering you might look at 3+2 engineering and come to a liberal arts school on a scholarship (will need good SAT score). Just trying to help. Feel free to ignore me.
