I have a small computer question. Let say if i make a complaint about a company in their own website through my personal computer. How much information these people will know about the complaining person. In another words will they be able to know my name if i make a complaint. I want to make a complain at the same time i want to stay unknown.

if your connected from your home network, they have the possibility of knowing your location (esp if ure in the US). other than that they're not gonna know a whole lot about you, unless you are a regular there.
