Hi!
My employer is ready for EB2... I have my master degree from Japan and also doing master degree here in USA ( will be complete in 2011 May ).

Question 1:  Can I apply for EB2 based on My master degree from Japan??

Question 2: Do I need to go for H1B before EB2? If yes, after how many years of H1B, I can apply for EB2?

Your views are highly appreciated.

1. Probably not.  You might be required to have US degree.  But don't take my word, check with the lawyer.

2. Yes.  You will get standard 3 years, with an option to add 3 more, during your H1B period.
