On campus jobs are mostly taken by people with connections. you need to socialize with right people to be able to secure a job within University boundaries where on campus jobs are scarce. go to each departments and ask for the job periodically. jobs are always there but you need pay a visit to each departments every now and then and inquire about the job. you'll definitely find something.

i don't know where you study and how many Nepalese are there in your college but talk to them about it. if you are in need to money soon then you need to open your boundary to off campus jobs. ask other people about where you can secure a job off campus.

but unfortunately, freshmen jobs are limited to minimum pay jobs unless you are lucky.
