ITS MY OPINION. ----Yes, Buddha is the 9th Avatar of Lord Vishnu. And Buddha was born in Nepal. But if you look at those all 8 Avatars, they were in India. There might a possibility Buddha is an Indian but we consider him Nepali because of the Geographic changes. I HOPE WE DON'T HAVE TO DISPUTE FOR THE 10TH AVATAR.

Its not a mixture of Mythology and History. Our religion clearly states that there are 10 Avatars. If 9th Avatar is a History and remaining 8 are Mythology as someone has said up there,THEN we have to go back and make an adjustment in our religion book. This assumption creates more chaos.

lol.. i agree...MYTHOLOGY and HISTORY are often merged together.. tell me friends... how was kathmandu created... i want just the historic facts... not sum balooney about a divine power flying in from the sky and chopping down a mountain with one fell swoop.
