Friend of mine is on H1B from Dhoti Consultancy, would like to apply his wife in H4 from Nepal. But, he got pay stub only of Dec., so is there any possibilities to hide or any other ideas  regarding those two previous months (oct-nov)? The reason is, they desparately needs to be together re...., u know family pressure. Was with wife only for two weeks a year ago after marriage, ke garne.

Would you help  them with some suggestions? Thanks a lot ...:)  

once paycheck is good enough to apply H4. One of my fried did the samething last year. He got a job in december only and his wife was here in January.

But i forgot to mention ki he doesn't have a job yet, just paying by himself, and sending it. Do they ask about the proof of his work place...? Just curious, i know everything depends on one's khappar, but still wanna know if u guys have any ideas...............
