                   To start off I would say you are looking at the wrong place. " bibaha ko malaa"  I thought in nepali its called "biha ko mala" or it might be called something else but not what you are asking for. You should be in some indian website where they would understand what you are trying to convey also writing in Hindi could be benificial. Your post is already old here so by now you must have figured out that you are not going to get any help here. The reason I replied to your thread is to inform you, where to post and where there could be possible help. Don't take it otherwise.

Ask the Pandit, he may know someone who makes the Mala, that's how we got ours for our wedding.

As far as I know, you can purchase them at any hindu temple, I am not sure if they need to be ordered prior to wedding, but they should be able to furnish at a hefty amount of money. One garland costs around 30 USD.
