Does caffeine really kicks?
In past when I tried to do my assignment in home, it’s impossible because of my roommates. When I tried at library, I cannot have drinks So, I had no option left other than going to star bucks. Things are changed now and I have quiet environment at home. Sadly, I cannot concentrate at all. I spend lot of money in their coffee. I want to stop drinking coffee. I want to stop but seem like impossible. So my question is does caffeine really help to study of its only me who thinks so?  Any thoughts????

caffeine basically keeps you alert so you can study it has nothing to do with concentrations it,s basically psychological dependence rather than physical.
