hey guys,

i've been waiting for my H1-B. Per USPS tracking no., application was reached to Vermont Service on 2nd April. But until now, I have heard nothing about my application. I don't know what happen with my application. Per my attorney, USCIS will assign the case number only if they select the application. I don't trust this guy coz its really hard to get the right information from him. This is ridiculous.

Per USCIS website, they will inform the petiotioner whether their case has approved, denied or in waiting list by 2nd June.

Pls share if any of you have the similar situation.

Thanks

Ek@l

Same here. Still waiting. VSC. I'm gonna wait till the middle or end of July. I'm hoping to get my package back. I read somewhere that they started sending the packages back from June 12. If I don't get anything by that time, then there should certainly be something fishy. Maybe they lost my package (Which is very possible when they process millions of applications) or something else.
