Hello everyone, can any one shed a little on how divorce works in Nepal . thanks in advance.

Sounds easy, but suggested not to mess with woman, stick with one. Before marriage let each other know if both has compatiblity and understanding. It hard to have a mutual consent in Nepalese contest.

Once you have to go through it , woman has more privileges on sharing assets.

Get a lawyer - its well worth the money and peace of mind. If u want an edge get a female lawyer. I dont know bout love but everything is definitely fair  in war - keep that in mind.

Go for marriage counseling. Therapy will work. I heard we this facilty too. If this does not work, got to dhami jhakri and have toonaa munaa.

दुबैजना को सहमतिमा  पारपाचुके गर्ने भए माथि वकिल साहेबअले भने जस्ताइ गर्ने र हुने हो। तर  सहमतिमा हुने डिभोर्स प्राय नक्कली र कागजी हुने र दुबै पक्ष बिच बिमती भई यस्तो काठोर कदम चाल्ने नै धेरै हुन्छन।

केटी पक्षले पारपाचुके चाहे मा।

१- सिधै जिल्ला अदालतमा मनाशिव माफिक को कारण सहित् फिराद हाल्न पाईन्छ। मनाशिव माफिक को भन्नाले, ३ बर्ष देखी छुट्टा छुट्टै बसेमा, सौता   ल्याएको खण्डमा, भरण पोषण न गरे मा, शारीरिक हानी नोक्सानी पुर्‍याउने खाल को कृयाकलाप गरेमा, मानसिक सन्तुलन न भएको खण्डमा आदी इत्यादी ।
साक्षी प्रमाण हेरी अदालतले सिधै पारपाचुके अबश्यक शर्त सहित गरी दिने गर्दछ।

केटा पक्ष ले चाहेमा।

१- सिधै जिल्ला अदालतमा फिराद हाल्न न पाइने ।
२- सर्बप्रथम नगरपालिकामा पारपाचुके गरी पाउं भनेर निबेदन हाल्नु पर्ने हुन्छ। ३ बर्ष सम्म संगै न बसेमा, १० बर्षा सम्म कुनै सन्तान न भएमा। बदचलन भएमा, मानसिक सन्तुलन गुमाए मा।
३- नगरपालिका ले दुबै पक्षलाई झिकाइ सके सम्म मिलापत्र गराउने वा पुनर्बिचार गर्न करिब १ बर्ष सम्म समय दिन्छ। त्यतिन्जेल पनि कुनै समाधान भएन भने नगरपालिका ले आफ्नो राय सहित आदालतमा गाई मुद्दा टुङो लगाउन आदेश जारी गर्दछ।

How can anyone establish the existence of a marriage when it was not registered at all in the first place ? Far from being considered a marriage, it would not even qualify as a common-law union.

Sounds more like a short term girlfriend-boyfriend relationship. No one, including the law, gives a shit if two enter or walk out of a girlfriend-boyfriend relationship.

This is real man. They got married in February and it was arranged marriage but the problem is that my bro is saying that he got no feelings for her so dosnt talk to her. They lived together for about two weeks and he couldn't build feelings towards her. Now knowing this fact, sister in law is asking for divorce. So what you think would be the best course in this situation?
