My brother is a US citizen.  How reliable it is to apply for immigration visa with his relation (sibling visa)?  did anyone go through it or have experience.  How long does it take to get visa?

It will take a long time-about 7-9 yrs at least to have all paperwork completed. Anyways, Good Luck.
