I have been in sajha as a viewer  and read lots of post  but never came across the subject of Eating disorder in nepali male or female. Eating disorder is such a big issue in America and i was wondering if its affecting nepalese as well?

Not affecting to me and my hubby at least ! The sole reason.. don't wanna look fat and don't wanna be unhealthy.

But, yes I do struggle to do that.. I get tempted with tasty foods, and the fact I don't have to cook it. But, then just calory count ( in most of the case) clicks into my mind , then I stop thinking. Yet, I have gained about 5lbs in 2yrs. I am 115lbs now, oh yea! 5'4'', I guess I am in limit and my hubby who is 5'7'' and 140 is in good shape too.
