WHY would you get deported for selling cigarettes and beer to kids? like a lot of people do that, but they won't get deported!!!

i havent hear kind of this about deporting.once i knew a guy from texas had sell for minors and paid $100 but didnt send to jail .the case will differ from the state and the cndition.

I have heard some similar cases. The rule in texas(at least in my area) is that the F1 student will be out of status and obviously be deported. But , but what he can do is get a new I-20 from the university and go to mexico and get new I-94 again.Visa ma new stamp liyera aayo bhane huncha re suneko maile. But university should cooperate him.

we have an example of similar case in baytown chevron. a nepali f1 selling beer late night to an underaged friend was cought by cops, some 3 yrs back. he is alright and now doing his opt in california.
