He should be tied on a post,

Then the post should be erected in RatnaPark,

A signboard should be placed besides the post

Signboard should ask people to do whatever they want to Prachanda, if they hate him

Or kiss his ass, if still they believe he is SANE

That should determine where he stands..

But that bahun knows , he should start counting his days.
