Guys, I have been staying in USA since 2000. I got a deputation letter to leave USA on 2005. I am getting a Canadian Visa and I am just wondering that if I can enter to Canada in this status or not?...can u guys help me out?

Rumyes, Canadian law does not require you to be in status in the US although it is good for you and your case in Canada if you're in status. But, literally and techically, Canada does not require its applicants to be in status. Good Luck to you!!!!!
