Parag is a Nepali-American from upstate New York.

His academic achievements are so positively stunning, rare and ultimately inspiring
that they are worth sharing and celebrating with wider Nepali communities.

From my limited interactions with him several years ago, I can also say that he is
one genuinely nice guy.

Way to go, Parag.
You have made us all -- those who know you and those who don't -- very proud indeed.

Congratulations and my very best wishes in times ahead.
