Hi Guys,

I am in USA in F1 status and currently I am working on CPT and I am graduating in May 2007. I want to bring my wife here on F2. What are the required documents? She has been rejected once when she applied for F1 about 5 yrs ago and that was before marriage. That's why we want to present strong documents this time at the Embassy. please help me with your suggestions. Will the letter from my employer help her to get visa?
All the sugesstions are highly appreciated.

Ok are in CPT so you are still a student i think it is not a good idea to show the embassy that you are earning money in united states to support your spouse. if show it is clear that you both are migrating so the chances are pretty low. so the proper way will be send one i 20 for you spouse and show strong finacial documents back home and best of luck.
