these 2 have got different implication clinically n socially
clinically vasectomy(done on man) iis far easier,less time consuming ,less hospital stay...actually no stay at all(done in day care),n can be in large no. in camps in limited time n resourses..........
whereas tubectomy(on woman)needs more expertise,go through routine anesthesia process(not general but spinal),time taking,at least a week of hospital stay.....i mean u r under the surgeons knife.........
but vasectomy is general in local anesthesia wheere u never loose ur conciousness....

socially speaking,there is social stigma ....that if man does vasectomy,it brings impotence on him..........
its totally incorrecet though.......
on the other hand,patriarchal society thinks giving liberty to women undergo operation may give her freedom to have casual sex as the fear of pregnancy is no more there.......

in view of all these, wat u prefer n why?
