Is it cost effictive to hire a resonably good web design/development company based in Nepal for a design/devlopment of visually impressive website for a small business that deals with proffessional imaging and related services in North America ?

Or is better to hire a North American design firms ?

Advice from web gurus/pandits are very welcome.

If you are looking for just designs a professional one , I can hook you up with a good nepalese talents from USA, who is a professional designer... so dont go hunting
